paani poori (ghol kappa)

Ingredients:

To make pooris:
Sooji(rawa)-1 cup
Maida-1 to 2 tbsp
salt
oil

Method
Mix sooji, maida and salt and make a dough and leave for 5 mts.
Roll them like thin chapatis and cut into small rounds using moulds or caps. Deep fry them till light golden colour and keep aside. Your pooris are ready.

To make potato stuffing:
boiled potato-1/2 cup
cumin seeds-1 tsp
chilli powder a pinch
salt as needed
asofoetida a pinch

Method:
Smash boiled potatoes and mix other ingredients and keep aside.

To make avacado stuffing
Full ripe avacado pulp-1.4 cup
salt as needed
lemon juice-1 tbsp
corn kernals boiled-1/8 cup
green chillies chopped finely-1 tsp
coriander leaves chopped-1 tsp
tomato finely chopped - 1 tbsp
olive oil- 1tbsp

Method:
Mash avacado and mix all ingredients together and use as stuffing.

To make rajma filling:
boiled mashed rajma-1/4 cup
salt as needed
chat masala-1/4 tsp

Method:
Mix everything and keep aside for stuffing.

To make spicy Green water
Mint leaves-1/4 cup
coriander leaves-1 tbsp
garam masala or chat masala- 1/2tsp
salt
tamarind very little
sugar 1/4 tsp
green chillies-1 depending on spiciness
garlic-4 cloves
ginger-1/8 inch
water as needed

Method:
Grind everything and make a green water and filter and save it.

To make sweet red water
dates-5 nos
tamarind paste-1 tsp
jaggery as needed

Method:
Soak dates in hot water and grind it with tamarind and mix jaggery and water. your sweet water is ready.

Pani poori
Take the pooris , make a hole add  stuffings, add onions, coriander leaves and sweet n hot water and eat.... yummyyyy
serving: serve all your stuffings, onions in a seperate cups  and a pooris....

I have made pani pooris with rajma stuffing and potato stuffings with onion and coriander topping and the red sauce i have made without dates as not in the mood of goingout for shopping today.....
All my brothers , niece n nephews like n enjoyed it....
You can add boondhi in green sauce too.
