Hi guys, its been a while since i posted my recipes..... held up in my other work ....just keep following my post till i post my next post..... Here are the few pics which i tried recently...will update the recipes soon... Just wanna tell you one more thing for summer.... Keep staying hydrated makes you safer in this climate. so take lots of water, watery fruits, vegetables, buttermilk, etc. Try to avoid direct hot sun. Use umbrellas, sun screens to protect yourself.  Avoid salty, spicy foods in summer...... Live healthyily....enjoy your summer and holidays..... Will be back in short period with more healthy recipes and tips......!!!!!!!

WATERMELON CHILLER INGREDIENT Watermelon pieces- 1 cup (remove seeds) Ginger-1/8 th piece sugar or honey as desired mint-2 nos Ice cubes METHOD: Grind all the ingredients and filter. Serve chilled with few ice cubes NUTRITIONAL INFO: high in calories. Cools your body and stomach. Contains all the goodness of watermelon. Good for all people except the high calorie watchers and diabetic.

CHAPATHY KEEMA INDO CHINESE VERSION

CHAPATHI KHEEMA INDO CHINESE VERSION INGREDIENTS: chapathis-5nos garlic finely chopped-1/2 tbsp ginger-1/2 tsp coriander leaves-1 tbsp onion chopped-4 tbsp ripe chopped tomatoes-1/2cup tomato sauce or ketchup-1tbsp soya sauce-1 tsp chilli powder-1 tsp pepper powder-1/2 tsp spring onions leaves-1 tbsp salt as needed oil as needed Curd to serve as side cumin seeds-1 tsp turmeric powder-1/4 tsp METHOD: Heat pan. Pour the oil and fry onions and cumins till the aroma comes. Add chopped tomatoes, salt, tomato sauce, chopped garlic, chopped ginger(slightlu=y crush ginger and garlic pieces as it will give excellent taste and aroma) and turmeric powder and fry till juicy. Add soya sauce and chilli powder, pepper,. Once its juicy enough add chapathie cut into small pieces. Stir for 2 minutes and add spring onion and stir. Switch off the stove and add coriander leaves and serve hot with plain curd. Nutritional Info: Hign in protein, fib

MEALMAKER (SOYACHUNKS)GREEN TOMATO KOZHAMBU

MEALMAKER(SOYA BALLS) GREEN TOMATO KARAKOZHAMBU INGREDIENTS: Green tomatoes- 4nos cut into big size Soya balls(mealmaker)-1 cup Red tomato-1 chopped Onion chopped-1 medium size Tamarind water-as per taste. If tomato is sour then tamarind water can be reduced. salt as needed chilli powder as need oil-1 tbsp \cumin seeds-1 tswp mustard seeds-1/2 tsp Garlic cloves-7nos water as desired METHOD: Heat oil and let mustard pop. Add onions and let it fry till transparent. Add cumin seeds, chopped red tomatoes, salt and chilli powder. Let it fry till juicy. Add garlic and fry for 2 minute and add chopped green tomato, boiled and squeezed soyaballs and desired water. Let it boil,. Add tamarind water and allow to simmer for 3 to 4 minutes and remove. Serve hot with rice. Nutritional Info: Full of vitamin C, High fiber and protein. Good for dieters who want to eat less but need protein and fill.
