Ingredients:
Tomato-1/2 cup chopped
Brown bread-4nos
onions-1/4 cup chopped
garam masala-1/2 tsp
ghee-to toaste the bread
oil
spring onion leaves chopped
chilli powder as needed
salt as needed
Method: cut the bread into small pieces and fry them in ghee or else toast them in tawa with ghee and cut into small squares. The second option will need only small quantity of ghee.
Heat oil in a pan. Fry onions until lite gold in colour add tomatoes, salt, and garam masala. Saute until tomatoes are cooked add chilli powder and saute till all raw smell goes. Then add the fried bread pieces and spring onions and saute few more minutes. Remove from heat and add garnish with coriander leaves or spring onion leaves and serve hot.
