fried beans (beans vadakkal)

FRIED BEANS INGREDIENTS: Fresh Beans-1cup (cut into 1 to 1 1/2 inches) tomatoes chopped-1/4 cup Garlic peeled and crushed or as whole-5nos Idly chutney pody/dhal podi-1tbsp salt as needed oil-2rbsp chilli powder 1tsp pepper a pinch cumin -1/2 tsp PROCEDURE: Heat oil in a pan. Add tomatoes and cumin and garlic and saute nicely till the juices come out. Then add cut beans and salt as desired and fry the beans till it is cooked. I like half cooked Beans that crunchy taste of beans with tomato n dhal flavour yummyyy..... now once beans is done add chilli powder, peper powder and saute till the raw smell of chilli powder goes. Once done add the dhal powder and saute for a minute and remove from fire. You can ad a tbsp of tomato ketchup if you want. Also you can suppliment oil by baking also. Nutritional Info: High in folic acid, fiber,betacaroteine, antioxident and traces of vitamin A and other minerals.  Everyone can eat. same way you can choose veg
