Mango Thokku(Andhra Style)
Ingredients:
Skin peeled mangoes grated-2 mangoes
Oil as needed
Salt as needed
turmeric powder
chilli powder-6tsps(as per spiceness)
asofoetida 1 tsp
Mustard seeds
Method:
Pop Mustard seeds in heated oil in a pan. Add turmeric powder , grated mango, and saute and add chilli powder, salt, asofoetida and fry for 3 minutes. Your Yummy mavidikaya thokku is ready to serve.
