When the girl comes to puberty whatever she eats gives her stamina in future.... so mommy watch what she eats ..... So now let me tell you about what she needs to do and what to eat .....

Some elders say that In early mornings if you go around a banyan tree (Aala maram) sacred Fig or Peepol Tree (arasamaram)  Indian Beech Tree (pungamaram) and Neem Tree (veppamaram). You know what when you go around these trees you will breath the air in that place which has very high oxygen levels. These trees tends to exhale oxygen and thus you inhale oxygen and you will get freshness and immunity. Inturn this makes you cleanse your system.Makes your overies and eggs sterile and has good quality.

Not only girls or women but even men tend to have proper reproductive system after inhaling the air around these trees.

I understand that we are in a busy world and lot of trees are not available in all places. So whenever you have time and these trees around you use it to make you amazing health......

During puberty You need to have a well balanced diet and rich in iron as you tend to loose blood first time you might become anaemic. Take lot of fruits, Dates, nuts greens and all vegetables to nourish your body.Take eggs, and other calcium rich foods to make your bones especially hip bones stronger. 
You need extra protein, calcium.

Take lots of sprouts like green gram sprouts, channa sprouts, etc.

Take Urad dhal balls.....I am giving you the recipe here....

URAD DHAL BALLS 

INGREDIENTS:

URAD DHAL-1/4 KG
Palm Candy or Palm sugar-
cardmom 1/8tsp
Ghee as required to fry and make balls

Method:
Fry dhal lightly  with little ghee and make powder and keep aside. Add cardomam powder, Powdered palm candy or palm sugar, Ghee and mix nicely and make small balls with your hand. 
It has high protein and from ghee you will get the nourishment for your body. 

Eat atleast 10balls in a month it will make your uterus, overies and eggs strongrer. Also take boiled eggs which makes your hip bones and overies stronger.
Eat papaya, Pineapple, baby brinjals, gingelly oilmonthly two or three times. This will cleanse your uterus and make you get your periods regularly. 

WHAT TO EAT IN THOSE 5 DAYS.....?

  • Avoid Heavy spices. 
  • Take lot of green leafy vegetables, Urad dhal based foods, milk.
  • Reduce salt, sourness, hotness in your food. let the food be mild.
  • For 7 days take 1 tsp of coconut oil. Make sure the coconut oil is pure and not the fortified or enriched ones.
  • Take Pomegranate, Sapota, Fig,Dates, Wood apple, Inian Jamoon,etc 
  • Take wheat porridge to regulate your periods in those 5 days.
  • Avoid taking non veg during that time as it will give you heat in those days. Also some people will get itchiness too.
  • Avoid taking piping hot  tea coffee during this time instead take them in mild heat.
Ok so now we know what to eat in those 5 days.....

BEETROOT HUMMUS What makes beetroot hummus an absolute favourite in parties is the bright and peppy pink colour, besides the lip-smacking flavour of course. Top it with fresh herbs for some zing. Ingredients 2 cups of chickpeas, boiled 1 beetroot, peeled 4-5 garlic cloves ¼ cup of olive oil, plus extra for topping 1 tsp of sesame seeds 1 Tbsp of curd 1 tsp of cumin powder 2 Tbsp of lemon juice Salt to taste coriander leaves to garnish Method Oil and roast the beetroot on the stove or in an oven for 10 minutes.
