Hey Angels.....
Mommy can give you healthy foods but in few cases you need to maintain few things like eating that healthy foods mommy giving and maintaining a clean habits during those 5 days....
Clean yourself often. Do you know why elders insists that we should take head bath that times? coz during that time excess oil is secreted and that might cause you to get dirt in hair and produce unwanted odour. Just to avoid that they insist dears....
Next change your napkins or cotton or cloth whatever you use for every 2 hrs. Otherwise you will get itching , rashes, infections in your genitals even the infection might travel to your uterus, tubes....
So watchout girl....
I know you will get lot of stress and irritation but you cant avoid people around you or your works. So chill out.. do some lite stretches.....may be a rest or may be relaxing music or may be that special time to pamper urself😊😊😊
Wear light cotton dresses.
Dont lift any heavy weights or do any heavy exercises.
Try to avoid long travels during those days.

Avoid staying in hot conditions.
Do mild back exercises to avoid back pain during that time.
Dont try to avoid your periods by taking tablets that might give you serious problems in your future.
You will get overian cysts,tumours in your future so please dont do that. Instead take fruits n foods that ll make your periods come earlier like eating papaya, sesame seeds sweets....
Or else you want to really postpone eat pottukadai(roasted gram/chutney dhal) from first thing in the early morning of your expected periods or previous day till you want to postpone.
Many of them are too shy to discuess periods and other related issues and simply keep quite. This might lead to serious issues. So consult docter if you have any issues and doubts.
Relax, chillout girl....Its just part of life and you are amazing and doing Great in everything you do.....!

SPICY FUSION VEGGIE NOODLES INGREDIENTS Hakka Atta(wheat) Plain veg noodles- 250gms Beans, Carrots, Spring onins, Green Peas, -1 cup cut into thin pieces Onions-1 medium size chopped finely Soy sauce-2 tbsp Tomato sauce or puree-2tbsp Green chillies-2 nos cut into half Chillie powder-1tsp Pepper powder-2tbsp or as per your spicy tongue Cumin Seeds-1tsp Coriander Leaves-3tbsp Ginger-1 inch cut finely Garlic-5 cloves cut finely n chop Oil as needed salt as needed METHOD: Boil noodles in water.
