ITS always an important time when you mature......
BUT its not just maturity you attain simply...its a changes, development of internal external organs, your thoughts psychological changes everything happens at this period.....
To cope up with all the changes you need extra nutrients, extra nourishment to your body....
Here i am going to discuss about the foods that give you nourishment nutrients and all the goodness for your bright future....
Generally during your body changes you will produce lot of heat....if that heat is not handled properly i am telling its going to give you all sorts of problems. Usually grannies give alovera juice and sesame oil(nallennai or manchi noona) to the angels...
This body heat can affect your Uterus too....yep not only your skin your uterus too...
If you take a balanced nutrients you will not get these type of heat problems....
If you dont maintain that heat you will not get your periods properly on time. To strengthen your immunity, vigour, bone strength, and to reduce heat moms will give raw eggs, sesame oil to drink. Some people will give foods made by Urad dhal. Porridge made of Urad dhal (Uluthankanji), par boiled rice kanji, ragi adai, Murungakeerai rice etc are few of the items that make angels stronger in all the points....
Generally at this point your hip bones should be strengthened...eggs in your ovary has to be formed....your ovaries, tubes, uterus everything has to be perfectly developed. So you need to give proper nutritional base at this time.

SPICY FUSION VEGGIE NOODLES INGREDIENTS Hakka Atta(wheat) Plain veg noodles- 250gms Beans, Carrots, Spring onins, Green Peas, -1 cup cut into thin pieces Onions-1 medium size chopped finely Soy sauce-2 tbsp Tomato sauce or puree-2tbsp Green chillies-2 nos cut into half Chillie powder-1tsp Pepper powder-2tbsp or as per your spicy tongue Cumin Seeds-1tsp Coriander Leaves-3tbsp Ginger-1 inch cut finely Garlic-5 cloves cut finely n chop Oil as needed salt as needed METHOD: Boil noodles in water.
