  • Pinch of turmeric, tomato Juice, and cucumber juice and honey can give you brightness and nourishment to your skin.
  • apply spirulina powder and rose water mix on your face every alternate days or daily. It will reduce wrinkles and makes you look younger by skin.
  • Apply papaya and honey mix on your face to bleach your skin naturally.
  • Apply honey and fully ripe banana into your face and all exposed skin areas for about 20 mts. It will give nourishing, brightness and smoothness to skin. 
  • Soak leg in a bucket of warm water containing rock salt, mild shampoo, lemon juice, soda bi carbonate for 15 to 20 minutes. Then scrub your foot and skin by lemon rind and sugar and remove dead cells. Later apply a moisturiser. It will make your leg look brighter and removes dead cells. Also reduces leg pains and cramps.Take green leafy vegetables, amla, curry leaves to avoid getting premature graying of hair.
  • Mix egg white, honey and apply all over face avoid eyes. Leave until dry. And wash it with mild water. It will reduce mild wrinkles will fade away. you can do this once in a week.
  • To remove mild cracks in your foot use after shave lotion.

Salads generally served in room temperature or chilled. BUt for this weather we cant have it chilled so for a change lets have warm or hot salad..... STIR FRY SALAD2 Ingredients: carrot-1 fresh green peas-3tbsp beans-4nos black sesame seeds-1tsp olive oil or sesame oil-1tbsp salt a pinch pepper or chilli flakes a pinch optional onion-1 Method: Using the peeler peel the carrots after cleaning it. cut bean into thin stripes. cut onion into thin pieces. You can use any type of vegetables in thin strips. Heat oil and stir fry all the vegetables by tossing it. Make sure the vegetables are just heated but not cooked more than half.
