BROCCOLI WITH GARLIC N ALMONDS
500g broccoli, trimmed, cut in small florets
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 cloves garlic, crushed
2 tablespoons flaked almonds
METHOD
Steam or microwave broccoli for 2 minutes or until just tender. Drain.
Heat oil in a frying pan over a medium-high heat. Add garlic and almonds. Cook for 3 minutes, stirring. Add broccoli and Cook for 2-3 more minutes. Serve.
