YOUNGER SKIN JUICE

Ingredients:

Tomato-2 medium size
Carrot-1medium size
Coriander-2tbsp
 Sugar or honey As needed

Method:
Make a juice with mixie with all ingredients. If want you can serve chilled but serve immedietley.

Nutritional Info:

Vit C , Vit A and little sugar
Good for healthy skin as its with vit c makes your skin look younger.
FOR diabeties add very less carrot and insted of honey or sugar you can add salt n pepper.
Drink daily in the morning. It will remove unwanted water from your body.




HEALTHY SKIN JUICE

Ingredients:

Avacadoes or Butter fruit-1cup
Lemon Juice-1 tsp
Honey or sugar as needed
Icecubes and chilled water

Method:

Put everything in a Mixie and make a juice. Serve chilled without straining.

Nutritional Info:

Loaded fully with Vit E and traces of vit C, minerals, carbohydrates and sugar. Very good for healthier skin as it has vit E.
Good for dry skin and wrinkled skin




Hi it took a while to update my blog. so here comes my another juice variety for you to be healthy.


CUCUMBER GINGER JUICE

Ingredients

cucumber-1/2
mint-10 leaves
ginger-1/4 " piece
sugar-as needed

METHOD

Blend everything in a blender. if you like just drink it chilled and without straining. otherwise strain and serve with ice cubes.

NUTRITIONAL INFO
Its a good source of energy as contains carbohydrates, water and sugar.
It also curbs hunger and helps in digestion. If diabetic you can remove sugar and add little salt and pepper and drink it.
For reducing weight drink this juice whenever you are hungry in between meals
