HEALTHY YOU

One of the big belief in dieting is that if calorie intake is reduced you will lose your weight and you will be fit and healthy. ACTUALLY ITS NOT! Its not the calories alone ......its the calories you get from the correct food that will help you lose weight and make you fit.

100 calories from a soft drink is not equal to 100 calories you get from a vegetable or a fruit. First one gives you just a calorie but the second one gives you a calorie, vitamins, minerals, essential acids,  elements, proteins and of course carbohydrates and good fats.

So just following blindly to reduce your calorie intake for weight loss is not going to make you healthy, slim and fit....it gives you slim in a unhealthy way.

The next major thing most of the people believe is just by doing dieting they will be healthy and fit. But sitting lame and dieting will not give you healthy fitness instead it will make you more dull and tired and bored. So maintain a healthy life style with a healthy diet , exercise.

Sleep properly at least 6 to 8 hours. The perfect sleep time starts by 10 to 11 pm it seems. But do we really sleep in that time huh?

Don't skip your breakfast regularly. If you are not able to take anything solid at least take liquids like juices for time sake. Don't leave your stomach empty in the morning. Take warm water regularly first in the morning.

Taking a healthy food in mornings after the long gap after your dinner is important as it will easily absorb all the goodness- nutrients from your food. That's why many of the Ayurveda medicines are insisted to take in an empty stomach in morning.

Drink at least 2 to 3 litres of water. May be if pure water is boring you prepare healthy flavoured water at home and drink.

Do stretching, exercise or yoga regularly.

Meditate for healthy mind.

Instead of heavy chemical based beauty products and soaps use the ones that's available from nature.

So eat properly with a proper life style and stay healthy.......

HAPPY EATING........HAPPY LIFE......
