SPROUTS SALAD

Ingredients:

Green gram sprouts-1/2 cup
wheat sprout-1/4 cup
Boiled peanuts-1/4 cup
Mayonnise-2-tbsp(eggless or fatless your option)
Lettuce-1cup
Boiled Channa-1/4 cup
salt-as needed
pepper powder as needed
coriander leaves

Method:

Mix everything and garnish with coriander leaves and serve

Full of Protein and traces of Bcomplex , calcium and vit C and other minerals

Good for weight watchers and health watchers, Bone problems.
Instead of mayonnise you can add thick curd also











MASALA STEAMED VEGETABLES

Ingredients:

Boiled Vegetables of your choice-2 cups
Chat masala-1tsp
Salt as needed
Coriander and curry leaves Chopped Finely-2Tbsp

Method:

Mix Everything when vegetables are hot and serve .

Nutritional Info:

Loaded with Vitamins and Minerals and fibers and carbohydrates and iron. A complete meal by itself
Diabeters can avoid Root vegetables








STEAMED VEGETBLES:

Ingredients:

Vegetables(carrots, Beans, Cauliflower, Broccali, Cabbage, Peas, yellow Pumpkin,etc) 2 cups-
cut into 1" size.
salt as needed
pepper powder as needed
lemon juice-1tsp
olive oil or sesame oil-2tsp
Palak or spinach-few leaves -optonal

Method:

Steam all the cut vegetables and mix the remaining and serve hot.
