# When you have severe cold in your chest and throat, take 5 garlic cloves. crush them lightly and fry in ghee and eat hot. This will melt the phlegm and remove it. If you are prone to cardiac and Bp issues avoid ghee.

# Eating boiled garlic in milk with little sugar candy daily in an empty stomach  makes you free from unwanted gas formation in your stomach and intestine. Also it is good for reducing cholesterol from your blood.

# if you have periods stomach pain take castor plant leaf slightly warm in castor oil and put the leaf on your stomach where it is paining. It will reduce the pain and also if any excess heat in the stomach.

# If you feel heavy stomach drink atleast 200ml of hot water. It will aid good digestion.

# drinking warm water in your early morning empty stomach is good for so many issues like constipation, acidity, etc.

# take a teaspoon each of Saunf, cumin and Coriander seeds and boil them in water until the water becomes half. Drink warm daily atleast 2 litres of this water. This will melt excess fat in you and if any harmonal issues and make you feel light. Also it helps you maintain your Vata, Pita and Kapa of your body.


# Sometimes our body gets excessive heat due to the lifestyle we have like sitting infront of a computer, travel etc. This can lead to hairfall, dullness of your skintone, dryness, acidity,etc. To avoid that take Oil bath with Sesame(gingelly oil)oil atleast weekly once.
How to take oil bath to cool your body?
Apply the sesame oil (castor oil can be added little bit if you are tooooo heat) on the head, and all over the body and leave it for 15mts and then take bath with bathing shampoo powder or any herbal shampoos. This will give you excellent coolness and nourishes your skin, avoids dandruff, increases skin shineness, hairfall will reduce, stimulates hair growth,etc.

# For severe cold you can take steam with turmeric powder as turmeric is an excellent antibiotic it will help you heal heavy cold and headachs. Boys can avoid taking turmeric steam often instead they can use rock salt for steaming.
# Many of us are working in laptops computers mobiles ..... but do we really care about our eyes? Take a break from your work for 5 mts atleast. Wash your eyes with cold water and do simple excercises for eyes and may be a stretching to your body too. Will upload eye exercise methods also

BEETROOT HUMMUS What makes beetroot hummus an absolute favourite in parties is the bright and peppy pink colour, besides the lip-smacking flavour of course. Top it with fresh herbs for some zing. Ingredients 2 cups of chickpeas, boiled 1 beetroot, peeled 4-5 garlic cloves ¼ cup of olive oil, plus extra for topping 1 tsp of sesame seeds 1 Tbsp of curd 1 tsp of cumin powder 2 Tbsp of lemon juice Salt to taste coriander leaves to garnish Method Oil and roast the beetroot on the stove or in an oven for 10 minutes. Let it cool. Then chop it into smaller pieces. In a pan, roast the sesame seeds until aromatic. Allow to cool and then ground into a powder.
