SNACKS-stuffed capsicum

STUFFED CAPSICUM
Ingredients:
Capsicum-4
oil

for stuffing
potato boiled and mashed-3tbsp
boiled sweet corn kernals-3tbsp
sprouts of your choice-2 tbsp
salt
pepper
oregano
cauliflower or broccoli boiled and chopped-2tbsp
cheese grated
baby corn chopped-2tbsp
mushroom chopped-2tbsp
onions-2tbsp chopped
tomatoes chopped-2tbsp
coriander leaves chopped-1tbsp
Maida dough for covering stuffs in capsicum
Mayonnise



Method:
Heat pan and oil in it. Fry onions and other vegetables except coriander and tomatoes. When vegetables are fried add salt pepper powder and oregano. 
Remove from fire let it cool.
Meantime cut and remove the seeds from capsicum so that all stuffing can be placed inside. Apply oil inside and outside of capsicum. Once the stuffing is ready first layer with grated cheese and then vegetables and then tomato and coriander leaves and then again cheese. Then you can cover it with maida dough.


Once everything is ready you can bake it or simply tawa fry it by covering the pan. 
your stuffed capsicum is ready . You can garnish with mayonnaise , cheese and the way you want it.

Nutritional INfo:
As we use cheese it has high calorie and cholestrol in it. Also has all the goodness of the vegetables.
If you want bit more heavy use paneer or tofu in stuffing or simply the cheese alone.

Salads generally served in room temperature or chilled. BUt for this weather we cant have it chilled so for a change lets have warm or hot salad..... STIR FRY SALAD2 Ingredients: carrot-1 fresh green peas-3tbsp beans-4nos black sesame seeds-1tsp olive oil or sesame oil-1tbsp salt a pinch pepper or chilli flakes a pinch optional onion-1 Method: Using the peeler peel the carrots after cleaning it. cut bean into thin stripes. cut onion into thin pieces. You can use any type of vegetables in thin strips. Heat oil and stir fry all the vegetables by tossing it. Make sure the vegetables are just heated but not cooked more than half.
