KOTHAVARANGKAI VADAM

INGREDIENTS:
Cluster beans/ kothavanrangkai
salt as needed
oil and water to sprinkle


METHOD:
Clean the vegetable and pat dry. Add salt by sprinkling little water and leave aside for a day. stain the water and dry it in sun. Once dry you can store it for few months. Whenever wanted you can fry it in oil and serve with rice or simply as snack.

NUTRITIVE VALUE:
It has carbohydrate, calcium, fibre, iron , fat from oil and sodium from salt.
