CHAPATHI KHEEMA INDO CHINESE VERSION

INGREDIENTS:

chapathis-5nos
garlic finely chopped-1/2 tbsp
ginger-1/2 tsp
coriander leaves-1 tbsp
onion chopped-4 tbsp
ripe chopped tomatoes-1/2cup
tomato sauce or ketchup-1tbsp
soya sauce-1 tsp
chilli powder-1 tsp
pepper powder-1/2 tsp
spring onions leaves-1 tbsp
salt as needed
oil as needed
Curd to serve as side
cumin seeds-1 tsp
turmeric powder-1/4 tsp




METHOD:

Heat pan. Pour the oil and fry onions and cumins till the aroma comes. Add chopped tomatoes, salt, tomato sauce, chopped garlic, chopped ginger(slightlu=y crush ginger and garlic pieces as it will give excellent taste and aroma) and turmeric powder and fry till juicy. Add soya sauce and chilli powder, pepper,. Once its juicy enough add chapathie cut into small pieces. Stir for 2 minutes and add spring onion and stir. Switch off the stove and add coriander leaves and serve hot with plain curd.
