Honey contains flavonoids, antioxidants which help reduce the risk of some cancers and
heart disease. Help disorders such as ulcers and bacterial gastroenteritis.
I always try to take honey with my juices, green tea and sometimes just lick it little for
 sweet tooth.....
There is a constant tussle between scientist and food we eat. It is confusing for us with
mixed opinions coming from independent research. There is no single organization across
the world to authorize information on Food.

Americans follow the guidelines given by FDA and in general WHO also publishes
guidelines. But none of them are accurate and their view is always challenged.
