SALAD-STIR FRY SALAD2

Salads generally served in room temperature or chilled. BUt for this weather we cant have it chilled so for a change lets have warm or hot salad..... STIR FRY SALAD2 Ingredients: carrot-1 fresh green peas-3tbsp beans-4nos black sesame seeds-1tsp olive oil or sesame oil-1tbsp salt a pinch pepper or chilli flakes a pinch optional onion-1 Method: Using the peeler peel the carrots after cleaning it. cut bean into thin stripes. cut onion into thin pieces. You can use any type of vegetables in thin strips. Heat oil and stir fry all the vegetables by tossing it. Make sure the vegetables are just heated but not cooked more than half. Once done add fried sesame seeds salt and pinch of pepper powder or chilli powder. Nutritional Info: Has all the goodness of veggies....vitamin A, fibers, calcium, folate, protein, carbohydrate, etc

BEET ROOT HALWA (yummiii) Very delicious and heathy dessert which gives you lots of betacarotine, vitamin A, carbohydrates, folate, (vitamin B9), manganese, potassium, iron, and vitamin C.  hey i know its been more than a year....but felt like i need to talk to you about this latest issue going on.  we really dont know how it spreads even if you are so cautious. let me tell you CORONA you really suck our life.... but hey dont panic.... even that make your health worst. i wanna share few things that i know about this. what if we get corona positive.... Take a Deep breath. stay cool. consult the doctor. just follow his advice.  You might be prescribed with vitamins and supplements and some antibiotics. fried beans (beans vadakkal)

FRIED BEANS INGREDIENTS: Fresh Beans-1cup (cut into 1 to 1 1/2 inches) tomatoes chopped-1/4 cup Garlic peeled and crushed or as whole-5nos Idly chutney pody/dhal podi-1tbsp salt as needed oil-2rbsp chilli powder 1tsp pepper a pinch cumin -1/2 tsp PROCEDURE: Heat oil in a pan. Add tomatoes and cumin and garlic and saute nicely till the juices come out. Then add cut beans and salt as desired and fry the beans till it is cooked. I like half cooked Beans that crunchy taste of beans with tomato n dhal flavour yummyyy..... now once beans is done add chilli powder, peper powder and saute till the raw smell of chilli powder goes. Once done add the dhal powder and saute for a minute and remove from fire. You can ad a tbsp of tomato ketchup if you want. Also you can suppliment oil by baking also.
