we really dont know how it spreads even if you are so cautious. let me tell you CORONA you really suck our life....

but hey dont panic.... even that make your health worst. i wanna share few things that i know about this.

what if we get corona positive....

Take a Deep breath. stay cool. consult the doctor. just follow his advice.

You might be prescribed with vitamins and supplements and some antibiotics. If your symptoms are worst some other medicines will be added in.

you all know the symptoms right

from sore throat cough fever body pain and so on....

i know long list. But the main medicine for all the symptoms and side effects is your confidence and belief in a positive way... yes i m gonna kill this and come out clearly and safely.

also make sure you dont pass corona to others....even you hate them (hehe).

take the pills as adviced. do some mild exercises, basic yoga like breathing exercise. do some meditation. dont think about outcome. just think you are going to be fine. listen music or read books, stay inside or as advised. eat plenty of good proteins fats and vitamins not only by pills but also through your food.....yes yes dear food your first medicine. dont listen negative about corona patients. tell them also to stay cool and as advised by doctors.

do goggling take steams do pranyamam.

stay chill....

you are going to be fine...

hey once you get relieved talk to your doctor about the symptoms if any ...take a advice of your doc and follow that. very rarely people will get side effects of corona like long term tastelessness, tiredness poor eyesight etc. just do a health checkup and consult your doctor.

this might help in curing and stopping all the side effects. take plenty of warm water, and rest.

dont care if anyone illtreats you as they didnt face the pain. ignore them.....they are illiterate even they are literate.

stay safe ....make others also safe...    plan your life and take a breath and you will pass on...

just felt like sharing my thoughts. have a healthy and safe day.....!
