So i cleaned the rice and took 4 cups of water and the 2 cups of rice in an electric cooker and then added all the gravy vegetables and cooked. when it is half cooked i have added little ghee, remaining mint and coriander leaves on it and continued cooking. When rice is cooked slightly mix with forks and serve hot with fried onions or caramalized onions on top with raita of your choice.
Your yummy biriyani is ready.

If you want richness you can add saffron when the rice is half done. Also fried nuts for richness.
